All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000 unless otherwise stated for specific payment methods. Deposits are processed instantly in most cases, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your financial institution. mp5000 does not charge any fees for deposits. Any fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.
You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of third parties, using stolen payment methods, or using funds obtained illegally is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
You may request withdrawals of your available balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1-6 hours for standard members, and under 2 hours for VIP members, though processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or if additional verification is required.
Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. We cannot process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Your withdrawal method must match your deposit method where possible, as part of anti-money laundering compliance.

Upon termination, any bonus funds will be forfeited. Remaining genuine balance will be returned to you after investigation, provided no fraudulent activity is confirmed.
Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to monthly inactivity fees. You will be notified before such fees are applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and contact customer support.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming industry standards and best practices. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules.
